The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) and a preferred contracting vehicle for streamlining the procurement process for small businesses. Avyance is an eFAST Master Ordering Agreement (MOA) holder (MOA # 693KA9-22-A-00081) pre-qualified for awards in six functional areas, including Computer and Information Systems Development (CSD), Business Administration and Management (BAM), Documentation and Training (D&T), Computer Systems Support (CSS), Engineering Services (ES), and Research and Development (R&D). Avyance is pre-approved and eligible for direct awards of any size, scope, and complexity in the six eFAST functional areas outlined above.

The National Airspace System (NAS) Integration Support Contract IV (NISC IV) is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract awarded by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to Leidos to provide professional, technical, program, and planning support to various FAA organizations that support the NAS. Avyance is a long-standing teaming partner and subcontractor to Leidos on NISC III and IV contracts, having delivered timely, high quality programmatic and technical support across 30+ task orders over the past seven years.

The GSA MAS Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) is a government-wide contract vehicle that streamlines the procurement process and offers a vast array of supplies and services. Avyance is a GSA MAS holder (Contract #47QRAA24D000L) in several functional areas. Our GSA MAS labor hour rates are published on the GSA Advantage website.

SETIS is the successor to the SE2020 and SE2025 contracts, designed to provide a broad range of research, service analysis, strategic planning, systems engineering, technical, financial, and programmatic support services. This contract enables the FAA to accomplish its National Airspace System (NAS) modernization, mission support, and other aviation-related objectives. SETIS is an IDIQ-based contract portfolio that issues work to multi-vendor teams via task orders with performance work statements. Avyance is a subcontractor under SETIS.
